These terms cover your use of Covelo, an app made by Capstone Social LLC. By using Covelo you agree to them.
You need to be at least 13 years old. You are responsible for what happens under your account, so keep your sign-in details to yourself.
Use Covelo for its purpose: staying close to the people who matter to you. Do not use it to harass anyone, to send anything unlawful, or to try to reach data that is not yours.
What you create in Covelo belongs to you. We do not claim ownership of your events, notes, lists, or anything else you write.
You give us permission to store and display that content for the purpose of running the app, including showing it to the people you deliberately shared it with.
Remember that anything shared into a bond is visible to the people in that bond.
Invitation links are private. Anyone holding a link can use it to join, so only send one to a person you actually want in your bond.
Covelo is in an early stage. Features may change, and we cannot promise it will always be available or free of problems. It is provided as is, without warranties of any kind.
Covelo helps you organise time and keep track of relationships. It is not medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice, and it is not a substitute for professional help.
Covelo is free today. If we introduce paid features later, we will say so clearly and you will never be charged without agreeing first.
You can stop using Covelo whenever you want, and you can ask us to delete your account by emailing matt@joincovelo.com.
We may suspend an account that breaks these terms or that puts other people at risk.
To the extent the law allows, Capstone Social LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of Covelo. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use Covelo means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States.
